CONCRETE PRIMARY COVERING FORM DEVICE IN TUNNELING WORK

PURPOSE:To miniaturize a device as well as to make improvements in working property and mobility by setting up more than two trucks in the cross direction of a tunnel in parallel, and having each presser frame attached to respective split arch centers opposed to the tunnel wall. CONSTITUTION:More than two units of a self-propellable truck 1 are parallelly set up in an interspace where more than two trucks are paralleled in the cross direction of a tunnel. Next, each split arch center is installed in these trucks 1 to which each presser frame 4 is attached. These split arch centers 2 are formed into such a structure as free of connection and separation of adjacent ones each other. In addition, in each truck, there are provided with a rotation driving part 5, a longitudinal driving part 6, a crosswise driving part 7 and a vertical driving part 8, thereby making each directional motion of these split arch centers 2 freely. Then, each presser frame 4 is opposed to a tunnel drilling surface 3 at a specified interval, and covering concrete is charged in the clearance.
