PURPOSE:To provide titled composition of excellent heat resistance, weatherability, and low-temperature flexibility, flexible despite the absence of plasticizer, also transparent, comprising a vinyl chloride-based resin, ethylene-vinyl acetate- based copolymer, and specific block copolymer. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition comprising (A) a vinyl chloride resin, pref. vinyl chloride-ethylene copolymer with an ethylene content of 2-15wt%, (B) an ethylene-vinyl acetare-based copolymer, pref. ethylene-vinyl acetate-carbon monoxide three-component copolymer with an ethylene content of 40-85wt%, and (C) a block copolymer of formula A-B-A (A is styrene polymer; B is olefin polymer), pref. with the weight-average molecular weight of the olefin polymer portion of 10,000-100,000, and weight ratio of the styrene polymer to olefin one ranging from 5/95 to 30/70.
