PURPOSE: To provide a method for self-making a suit, capable of simply making the ready-made suit in a size corresponding to the size of an individual person by preliminarily making cut pieces so as to be changed into the sizes of many ready-made suits, and subsequently binding processed constituents such as pockets and collars. CONSTITUTION: Each of cut pieces 1-4, 7, 8 has three size lines comprising the peripheral trimming seams 16, and the central line is a target line. Each cut piece can be trimmed with the inner or outer line. While the sizes of interlinings and processed constituents 1-15, such as pockets, collars and fasteners, are matched to the those of the cut pieces, the interlinings and constituents are simply sewed on the cut pieces to make the suit.
