NADPH-CYTOCHROME P450 YEAST-REDUCING ENZYME GENE

PURPOSE:To enable production of a yeast-reducing enzyme by cloning a gene of NADPH-cytochrome P450 reducing enzyme from a yeast. CONSTITUTION:A gene composed of a specific amino acid sequence and coding NADPH-cytochrome P450 yeast-reducing enzyme is prepared. As a cell giving a source of gene coding the above-mentioned reducing enzyme, a yeast cell belonging to saccharomyces cerevisiae is preferably used. A cell capable of producing NADPH-cytochrome P450 yeast-reducing gene can be produced by integrating the acquired NADPH-cytochrome P450 yeast-reducing enzyme gene into a proper vector and introducing the vector into a cell of microorganism such as Escherichia coli or yeast or cell of animal. Especially, when a yeast cell is used, NADPH-cytochrome P450 yeast-reducing enzyme can be efficiently produced.
