APPLICATION OF PATTERN ON DENIM FABRIC OR DENIM CLOTHES

PURPOSE:To easily obtain the subject fabric having a modern photographic pattern, etc., at a low cost by using a screen plate produced by phototype process and printing a letter or pattern on a denim fabric with a specific ink containing a bleaching agent. CONSTITUTION:The ink used in the present process contains about 5-15% of sodium hypochlorite and is gelatinized with a thickener. A denim fabric or denim product is printed with the ink using a screen plate carrying letters or patterns formed by phototype process. The fabric printed with the ink has white relief letters or patterns to give a modern feeling different from the letter, etc., of conventional type giving obsolete feeling.
