WATERY DISPERSION ADHESIVE MATERIAL BASED ON CLONED POLIOLEFIN WITH DECREASED SOLUTION CONTENT AND PROCESS FOR ITS PRODUCTION

Chlorinated polyolefins based aq. dispersion adhesives contain reduced concn. of solvents. They are used for bonding ceramic tile and parquet flooring to concrete and for backing of pressure sensitive articles. Adhesives are made from the following mixt.: (all pts. wt.): 12-42 solvents; 47-60 water; 4-14 polyolefins (min. mol. wt. 50; min. chlorine assay: 60wt.%); 1.5-1.8 plasticiser; 0.02-0.8 nonionic emulsifier; 0.6-1.3 protective colloid; 0.002-0.7 heat stabiliser; 0.05-0.8 light stabilisers; 0.1-0.7 antifoam. - Majority of solvent is removed from this mixt. by distillation at 20-94 deg.C, so that the final adhesive compsn. should contain: 0.1-10 solvent; 7-25 chlorinated polyolefin, and in this case 10-30 water; 16.5-60 filler and/or 0.4-3 pigmen
