Chromatography plates and methods for thin-layer chromatographic separation of enantiomers

Novel TLC and HPTLC plates, coated with aminoalkylsilanised silica gel and furnished with a chiral selector can be used for the separation of enantiomers of the formula A-X-R (the symbols A, X and R are defined in the description). The production of the novel TLC and HPTLC plates and the procedure for separation of enantiomers using the plates are described in detail.
