A fuzzy logic controller responds to input variables that define states as being large, normal or small within a range of 0 to 1. For each control loop there are fuzzy logic sequence processors (FZ-1, FZ-2) with outputs coupled to a max. value processor (940) followed by a centre value processor (950). Each of the fuzzy logic processors has definition circuits (910) for fixing the membership values of the inputs from the two channels. The values are received by a min. value processor (920) and definitionm circuit (930). Both fuzzy logic processors cennect with the max. value processor (940). ADVANTAGE - Provides fast processing without need for special interface or development tools and is based on digital logic.
