PURPOSE:To discriminate environment to change with the flow of the processing and the control of an instruction and operation in a well-rounded fullness by an operation attribute by judging a processing request in the instruction and the operation, and transmitting adequately a result. CONSTITUTION:A device and a circuit to execute mark judgement 38A and mark operation 38B related to a mark register are added to a CPU 1. Then, temporary operation, the register to be a temporary object, the individual operation attribute to be the object of the operation, etc., are disciminated by decoding the instruction. Next, the truely necessary register is determined from the registers to be the object of the operation on the basis of information from the operation identifier of a mark register, etc. After that, the true operation, etc., are determined from the discrimination of the operation attribute to the register, etc., and an true operation, etc., are executed to the true register, etc. Further, the operation attribute of the corresponding register, etc., is reflected to the mark register, etc., to store the operation attribute of the corresponding register, etc.
