Controlling the casting conditions in an injection moulding machine from the start of injection moulding upto the time when a stable casting process is established, consists of determining and storing a relationship between a change in temp. one or more of metal mould, resin and a part of the hot cylinders which receive the resin from a funnel and a change in the optimal casting conditions. The temp. of one of the above is measured at a certain time in the process cycle and an optimal casting condition is selected from the stored conditions corresp. to the measured temp. and the necessary changesm to the casting conditions are made. -
