The invention relates to a device for delivering a liquid in a metered way in the form of a flow with a succession of constant low flow rates, of decreasing values, and its use for introducing a treatment solution into grape pressing juicers. It comprises an end part 1 able to be fixed onto the mouth 3 of a receptacle 4 containing a defined quantity of the liquid to be delivered, at least one air intake tube 5 passing through the said end part and arranged with respect to the latter in such a way that its end intended to be engaged in the receptacle is above the level of the liquid in the filled receptacle when the latter is in its position of use, being placed vertically with the mouth arranged downwards, and at least two capillary tubes 6, 7, 8 of predetermined lengths and diameters, passing through the said end part and arranged with respect to the latter in such a way that their extremities intended to be engaged in the receptacle are below the level of liquid in the filled receptacle in position of use, the said extremities being arranged at different defined distances, with respect to the end part.
