PROCESSING OF NON-EXISTENCE MEMORY ERROR

PURPOSE: To diagnose and recover an error by holding a supression mechanism in the case that it cannot be discriminated that the cause of a fault is the malfunction brought about by peculiar execution of an indication. CONSTITUTION: Rail peculiar data is moved from diagnostic error registers in corresponding memory controllers 70 and 75 to work memories 45 and 55 and is moved and written in a memory module 60 and is written in a second storage position of the memory module 60 by execution of another write. Data is converted to zone peculiar data by a series of these operations and is used in a data processor 20. Since a system 10 converts zone peculiar data to data usable in all systems after an interrupt priority level IPL is restored to an acceptable level, communication registers are used, and data is simultaneously written in individual zones.
