PURPOSE:To originate and exchange mails through the use of the name of an originator (destination and address) fitted to the content of business by previously allowing plural destinations (address and the name of originator) to correspond to user ID and giving the desired destination (name of originator) selected at the time of origination to the mail to originate it. CONSTITUTION:Plural destinations of destination definition 7 are allowed to correspond to one user ID in a user control table 5 by using the table of user- mail box relation definition 6 and the destination corresponding to user ID at the time of originating the mail is displayed. Then, the selected destination (address and name of originator) is given to the mail to originate it. Consequently, plural destinations (name of originator) are previously registered to user ID and the mail for which the desired destination is selected and given is originated. Thus, the mails can be exchanged by using the destination (name of originator) fitted to the content of the business.
