GEYSERING PREVENTION DATA ANALYSIS RECORDER

PURPOSE:To provide geysering-free operation by measuring plural parameters in connection with occurrence of geysering and determining a boundary between measurements at occurrence and no occurrence of geysering. CONSTITUTION:In addition to the data on respective parameters of atmospheric pressure Pat, atmospheric temperature Tat, liquid level LT in an LNG tank, LNG pressure Pi in LNG receiving piping, temperature Ti in piping, cold insulation circulating flow Qc, cold insulation circulating pressure Pc and cold insulation circulating temperature Tc in connection with occurrence of geysering, the data on time t are recorded in a data logging part I. There is provided an analysis part II for analyzing the relative relation between these data and geysering. A signal from the acceleration sensor 16 of a feed pipe 5 is inputted in the data logging part I and the analysis part II, and the data for each parameter are changed to determine the occurrence value and no occurrence value of geysering. The data of the boundary are recorded in the record part III. It is thus possible to select the operating conditions for no geysering at the next operation.
