CULTURE PROMOTING SHEET OF MUSHROOM SPAWN IN BED LOG WITH SMALL DIAMETER

PURPOSE:To obtain the title sheet of efficiently culturing mushroom spawn even with bed logs having small diameter, harvesting mushrooms in high yield in a short period in covering the top of bed log put in a mushroom spawn culture bag and culturing the mushroom spawn on the bed log, comprising specific structure. CONSTITUTION:First, a plastic film bag is partially provided with various germs isolating porous sheet part to give a mushroom spawn culture bag and a bed log with small diameter is put in the bag while laying the cut end upward. Then a culture promoting sheet which is a monolayer sheet comprising a fiber laminate having such a size as to cover the cut end of the whole bed logs and into which a nutritive source necessary for growth of mushroom spawn is dispersed is stuck fast to the cut end of bed log having small diameter in the mushroom spawn culture bag and the culture promoting sheet is sterilized together with the mushroom spawn culture bag and cooled. Then mushroom spawns are inoculated into the culture promoting sheet having absorbed water and an opening part of the mushroom spawn culture bag is sealed to culture the mushroom spawns.
