PURPOSE:To improve the accuracy in restricting a work range by detecting a boom length limit value from a limit value table storing the boom length limit values for every tilt angle of a boom device, and restricting the danger side work when the current boom length exceeds the limit value. CONSTITUTION:A work table 6 is moved to a work position by being raised or lowered with a cylinder 7, extended or retracted, and swiveled. Here, detected values of a load from a load cell 8, a load from a pressure sensor 13, a swivel angle from a work table 6 swivel angle sensor 28, a boom length from a length sensor 15, a tilt angle from a tilt sensor 14, and a swivel angle from a swivel angle sensor of the boom device 4 are inputted to an operation processing section 32. A limit value for the boom length is extracted from the table through a limit value output section and compared with the current boom length. If the length exceeds the limit value, discriminating and restricting section restricts the work on the danger side.
