LOAD TESTING METHOD OF CAST-IN-PLACE PILE AND DEVICE THEREOF

PURPOSE:To measure easily and economically by applying water pressure to an elastic pressure bag to load a bottom protective case to the ground, and measuring a quantity of settlement of the bottom protective case, water pressure and each life-free quantity of a top protective case and a pile head section. CONSTITUTION:An elastic pressure bag 4 covered with a top protective case 2 and bottom protective case 3 is loaded to the end of a case-in-place pile 1. Displacement wires 5 and 6 are respectively connected to the cases 2 and 3 to connect to displacement meters 7 and, at the same time, displacement meters 8 provided with pile head displacement measuring bars are loaded to a pile head section. After that, pressure water is poured into the bag 4 by a pressure pump 9 through an injection pipe 10, and the case 3 is pressed and loaded to the ground. A quantity of settlement of the case 3, water pressure and each lift-free quantity of the case 2 and pile head section are measured, and the relation between load of the pile end and settlement and the relation between frictional force of the circumferential surface of the pile and displacement are clearly separated from each other to measure. Accordingly, a load testing method can be easily and economically implemented.
