PURPOSE: To enhance workability by measuring and storing the position of the reinforcement of a reinforced concrete head part by means of nondestructive examination, and also by controlling an extra-high pressure water injection device through personal computer communication, so that the extra-banking concrete can be crushed. ;CONSTITUTION: The head part of a reinforced concrete 9 such as a continuous underground wall or a cylindrical foundation pile is chipped away little by little, and the positions of reinforcing bars 11 are measured by using a nondestructive measuring device 2 by means of ultrasonic wave, radiation, magnetism, electromagnetic induction, or the like. Then, the measured value is stored in a buffer memory 3, and also is connected to a personal computer 1 for transmitting it to a monitor 4 through a communication circuit 12. Then, while being subjected to picture image processing, the positions of the concrete and the reinforcing bars 11 are confirmed. Further, an extra-high pressure water injection device 6 is controlled by a control unit 5, and the extra-banking concrete is crushed by the extra-high pressure water. Furthermore, a water repellent is coated on the part where the reinforcing bars 11 are connected to the upper structure, so that the separation of concrete can be facilitated.
