TENSED CHORD BEAM STRUCTURE USING ASSEMBLE PART

PURPOSE:To systematise materials to be used by a method in which the beams and bundled parts of a tensed chord structure are made up of assembled parts of small cross section, the beams are connected into an inversed V-shaped form, the bundled part of a diamond-shaped form corresponding to the beams is used, and they are integrated. CONSTITUTION:Beam parts 10 are integrated by combining three elements into a V form and by fixing them by bolt 15 and nuts 16. A bundled part 11 is made up of assembled parts as main parts, the top of the part 11 is provided with the first connecting metal 17, the bottom is provided with the second connecting metal 18, and the both corners are provided with the third connecting metals 19. They are integrally fixed by fitting parts 21. The beam parts 10 are placed on the top of the part 11, and reinforcing bars 28 are set between the metals 19 and a tenser 27 is set on the middle. Since only assembled parts of small cross section are used, the cost can be greatly reduced and the using parts can also by systemised.
