Which document is held by which storage medium is brought to registering management by a management file being an electronic managing means, and not only a person in charge of clerical work but also a person in charge of a patent can take it out quickly and surely when necessary. Also, in a management file, various processing advance states of the application subject are managed, and necessary information can be retrieved and outputted from various viewpoints at any time. In such a way, various processing systems extending from the acceptance to the electronic application is operated smoothly.
