PURPOSE:To obtain a high degree of accuracy of base concrete having an appropriate slope inside a pipe and, at the same time, to increase work efficiency by using the machine concerned having both concrete placing device and leveling device when an inside insertion pipe is fixed to a sleeve pipe. CONSTITUTION:A horizontal rotary shaft 14 connected to a motor 15 is extended from the end of a body 10 having bearing levers with casters respectively circumferentially trisected lengthwise, and it is constructed that a leveling plate 20 is supported by the end of the rotary shaft through a pinion gear 16. A motor 15 rotates in correspondence with a tractive velocity of the body 10 by a rope, and the leveling plate 16 rises at a specific speed through the pinion gear 16. A concrete flow from a concrete hose 40 is also set based on a moving speed of the body 10. According to the constitution, a high degree of accuracy of base concrete having a specific slope in a sleeve pipe can be obtained efficiently.
