FIXING AGENT FOR ELECTROLYTIC CAPACITOR ELEMENT

PURPOSE:To manufacture a flame-retardant aluminum electrolytic capacitor by a method wherein a fluorine rubber comprising a copolymer of vinylidene fluoride and hexafluoropyropylene is used as a fixing agent of the aluminum electrolytic capacitor. CONSTITUTION:A fluorine rubber comprising a copolymer of vinylidene fluoride and hexafluoropyropylene is used as a fixing agent for sealing an aluminum case. This aluminum electrolytic capacitor fixing agent comprising the fluorine rubber can provide much more notable frame reatardancy, fusion retardancy and chemical resistance in comparison with those of any other conventional fixing agents, so that the safety of the aluminum electrolytic capacitor may be largely improved.
