SEEDLING DECK IN AUTOMATIC RICE TRANSPLANTER

PURPOSE:To prevent the collapse of a seedling bed to enable the sure transfer of the seedling bed by forming a seedling press bar in an approximately L- shaped state, supporting the upper portion of the press bar in a cantilever state and directing the bending of the lower side of the L shape toward the upper end of the seedling deck. CONSTITUTION:A driving mechanism 7 as a seedling transfer device 2 is dis posed on the lower surface of the bottom plate 4 of a seedling deck. A plurality of seedling press bars 11 are disposed on the seedling deck above the driving mechanism 7 in such a state as the press bars are supported in a cantilever state at the upper free end of the L shape. The lower side of the L shape is formed in parallel to the bottom plate 4 of the seedling deck above the driving mechanism 7 disposed on the lower surface of the bottom plate 4 of the seedling deck for the transfer of the seedling bed. The lower side of the L shape is constituted so as to enable the upward adjustment and subsequent positional fixation of the seedling press bar in the parallel state to the bottom plate 4 and the free end tip of the lower side of the L shape is upwardly bent, thereby permitting to surely transfer the seedling bed.
