FILM MAGAZINE WITH SENSITIVITY SETTING CONTACT

PURPOSE:To obtain a simple film magazine which permits automatic setting of all ISO sensitivities by dividing film sensitivity setting contacts to a common contact, rough- displaying contacts and precision display contacts and providing six contacts in 1, 3 and 2 pieces respectively. CONSTITUTION:Six electrical contacts 1-6 are provided on the surface part 13 of a film magazine 10 adjacent to the sharp angle side in the section of its film take-out slit 12 by removing an insulation layer 14 consisting of paint resin or the like on the surface of a magazine body 11, and exposing the conductive metallic surface. The contact 1 is used as a common contact, and the contacts 2-4 are used for displaying 2 times, 4 times and 16 times sensitivities for rough- displaying, and these together with the common contact 1 are used as a rough display and are made usable for simple type and ordinary type cameras. The contact 5 is for displaying 21/3 times sensitivity and the contact 6 for displaying 22/3 times sensitivity and these are used for precision cameras. With the common contact 1 as ISO sensitivity 25, the respective contacts 1-6 are combined and the automatic setting of all sensitivities to ISO25-1600 is accomplished with the products thereof. This is made usable for all cameras without using any special magazine designed to meet cameras or any special cameras designed to meet magazines.
