PURPOSE:To enable variously-shaped shell-less boiled eggs to be made by putting the content of an egg with a broken shell, in a vessel for forming the lower half of the whole vessel, to mount the vessel of an upper half on the content, and by heating the egg. CONSTITUTION:In a vessel 1 for forming the lower half of the whole vessel, the content of an egg with a broken shell is contained, and the vessel 2 of an upper half with an air hole 3 is mounted on said vessel, and by pushing the vessel from the upper section, air is run away through the hole, and by upper and lower molds, the shape of the egg is formed, and by heating it, a shell-less boiled egg is made. Then, by changing the upper and lower molds, variously-shaped boiled eggs can be made.
