BOTTLE TRANSPORTER WITH BRUSH REGULAR-INTERVAL HOLDING MACHINE

PURPOSE: To provide a simple apparatus for arranging bottles in a fixed spacing on a conveyor by increasing a feed speed of a topmost bottle on the conveyor just when the bottle is released from a brush contact region, thereby spacing apart the bottle from a subsequent topmost bottle at a fixed value. CONSTITUTION: A bottle group B passes between a support sub-pad 36 and a roll-on sub-belt 29, and the whole is detained by a fixed-spacing brush holder 40. The bottles are moved in a face-to-face contact state through the fixed- spacing brush holder 40 under a force generated by the roll-on belt 29 moving until a topmost bottle passes over the fixed-spacing brush holder 40, and when passing thereover, the bottles are released and moved into a thermal shrinking oven 41 at a speed of a conveyor 12. The bottles pass over the fixed-spacing brush holder at a constant spacing relying upon the speed at which a label- winding machine actuates. Incidentally, a vacuum drum 21 and a drive roll 30 are commonly driven.
