PURPOSE:To obtain sweetened ADZUKI beans with their maintained expected form without losing the shape thereof by washing vegetables other than beans, boiling the vegetables from the interior thereof, seasoning the boiled vegetables and then drying the seasoned vegetables. CONSTITUTION:Vegetables, such as potato, other than beans are formed into a suitable size and shape or without forming washed. The washed vegetables are then boiled from the interior thereof and the boiled vegetables are subsequently seasoned and dried to afford the objective sweetened ADZUKI beans.
