STOCK FOR NOURISHING HEALTHY BEVERAGE

PURPOSE:To obtain the subject stock for beverages, mass-producible at a low cost and containing natural vitamins, minerals, etc., by separately subjecting sawdust of primary branches of bamboos or bamboo grasses, such as Phyllostachys pubescens Mazel or Sasa albo-marginata Makino et Shibata, to hot decocting or steaming, and then mixing the resultant sawdust products for respective treatments in a prescribed proportion. CONSTITUTION:The objective stock for beverages obtained by planing primary branches of bamboos or bamboo grasses, such as Sasa albo-marginata Makino et Shibata, Sasa paniculata Makino et Shibata or Phyllostachys pubescens Mazel, to provide sawdust, which is then screened to afford sawdust in a prescribed form of powder or grains, subsequently heat-treating the resultant sawdust with hot air at about 150 deg.C, (B) then subjecting the sawdust to steaming with steam at about 100 deg.C, (C) subsequently fermenting and then roasting the steamed sawdust at 150 deg.C and blending the resultant sawdust products in respective amounts of 1/3, etc.
