PURPOSE:To display past frequency in use classified by month or by department by providing a means for processing various kinds of information on the administration of the department and a means for displaying the information from the former means. CONSTITUTION:When the copying of an original is performed after a department code is inputted by a department code input means 1, a frequency counter 2 successively counts the frequency of copying and an information working means 3 totals the frequency in use of each department from the department code inputted by the means 1 and the counted number by the counter 2 so as to perform various kinds of processing; for example, the statistics of the frequency of us each month and by each department is taken. By depressing a specified key, the screen of the administration of the department is displayed on a liquid crystal screen functioning as a display means 6; for example, the frequency in use for that month is displayed in a bar graph on the screen. Then, the number of used sheets and the sum of money, etc., for each month are also displayed.
