PREPARATION OF ULTRA SOFT SPECIFIC BLENDED YARN HAVING DRY TOUCH AND DRAPE PROPERTY

PURPOSE:To prepare the subject extremely soft special blended yarn having an unique touch by false-twisting polyester multifilaments mixed with a specific fine pore-forming agent, untwisting the false-twisted multifilaments and subsequently subjecting the untwisted filaments to a thermal treatment at a temperature = a constant temperature. CONSTITUTION:When two or more kinds of polyester multifilaments having a breakage elongation difference of =70% are paralleled and false-twisted, polyester multifilaments compounded with a fine pore-forming agent of a formula: RSO3M [R is 3-30C alkyl or 7-40C (alkyl)aryl; M is alkali(ne earth) metal] as one or more kinds of the multifilaments are false-twisted at the ordinary temperature - 78 deg.C, untwisted and subsequently subjected to a thermal treatment at a temperature of =130 deg.C to prepare the objective blended yarn suitable for inner wears, baby wears, etc., in the easy operations and in a high efficiency.
