PURPOSE:To collapse coagulated soybean milk in buckets by making a coagulated soybean milk collapsing member attached to a rising and falling member arranged at the upper part of coagulating bucket transfer path go in and out from coagulating buckets. CONSTITUTION:A coagulated soybean milk collapsing member 84 is attached to a rising and falling member 83 arranged at the upper part of transfer path of coagulating buckets 26 of a bucket conveyor 21 and the coagulated soybean milk collapsing member 84 is made to go in and out from the coagulating buckets 26 to collapse coagulated soybean milk in the buckets. The coagulated soybean milk can be smoothly taken out from the buckets.
