The method concerns food and pharmaceutical industry and solves preparation of tocopherol and sterol concentrates from deodorization condensate. The procedure starts with deodorization condensate, which is pressed at pressure of 0.4 to 1.2 MPa; the acquired liquid part, representing from 40 to 60 percent of the initial quantity, undergoes three-grade high-vacuum distillation from wiped film at pressure of 1 to 100 Pa thus gradually producing the first distillate fraction in quantity of 60 to 70 percent of the feeding, and also the second distillate fraction in quantity of 10 to 20 percent from the feeding with 4 to 8 weight percent of tocopherols and 10 to 18 weight percent of sterols, and finally the third distillate fraction in quantity of 3 to 8 weight percent from the feeding with 12 to 18 weight percent of tocopherols and from 18 to 25 weight percent of sterols. In order to achieve further increase of tocopherol and sterol contents in the second distillate fraction this fraction is mixed with powder CaO or Ca/OH/2, then it is heated, after having been cooled it is mixed with acetone, the acetone solution is separated from the lime soap coagulation and after acetone evaporation it contains from 7 to 16 weight percent of tocopherols and from 18 to 36 weight percent of sterols. This mixture can be separated, the tocopherol concentrates can be used for feeding purposes for increase in quality and stability of meat products and the concentrate of sterols can be used in pharmaceutical industry in steroid hormone synthesis.
