MOUSE LYMPHOCYTE HYBRIDOMA THAT PRODUCTS ANTIBODY AGAINST HUMAN PLASMA FIBRINOGEN AND ITS PROTEOLYTIC FRAGMENTS AND METHOD OF ITS PREPARATION

The invention concerns a new murine lymphocyte hybridoma that produces a monoclonal antibody against human plasma fibrinogen and its proteolytic fragments. The murine lymphocyte hybridoma is prepared by immunisation of mice of the BALB/c strain with fibrinogen and its degradation products and subsequently fusing splenetic lymphocytes of the immunised mice with murine myelomal strain Sp-2/0-Ag14 or other murine myelomal strain. The selected and extracted hybridoma can serve for production of a monoclonal antibody against human plasma fibrinogen and its proteolytic fragments, which reacts, with unsplit plasma fibrinogen and with FDP. The monoclonal antibody produced in this way can serve the development of diagnostic systems for detection of human plasma fibrinogen in plasma and FDP in plasma and other biological fluids of ill people with various breakdowns in blood coagulation.
