MURINE LYMPHOCYTE HYBRIDOMA FH 6 THAT PRODUCES ANTIBODY AGAINST HUMAN PLASMA FIBRINOGEN AND METHOD OF ITS PREPARATION

The invention concerns a new murine lymphocyte hybridoma FH 6 that produces an antibody against human plasma fibrinogen. The murine lymphocyte hybridoma is prepared by immunisation of mice of the BALB/c strain with fibrinogen and its degradation products and subsequently fusing splenetic lymphocytes of the immunised mice with murine myelomal strain Sp-2/0-Ag14 or other murine myelomal strain. The selected and extracted hybridoma can serve for production of a monoclonal antibody against human plasma fibrinogen, which does not react with FDP. The murine monoclonal antibody produced in this way can serve the development of diagnostic systems for detection of human fibrinogen in plasma and biological fluids of ill people with various breakdowns in blood coagulation.
