The solution concerns preparation, which inhibits development of the spontaneous auto-immune disease of NZB/W F1 of mice. The spontaneous auto-immune disease of NZB/W F1 of mice has its analogical disease in human pathology, which affects especially women and it is called the system lupus erythematosus SLE. The gist of the solution is the fact that, as active substance, the preparation contains 3-pyridyl carbinol adduct of copper niflumate with the composition Cu/C12H8F3N2COO/2/C5H4NCH2OH/2, where C12H8F3N2COO- is the anion of 2-/ααα-trifluoro-m-toluidine/nicotine acid according to the formula and C5H4NCH2OH is 3-pyridyl carbinol according to the formula.
