The fan is housed between the tractor (5) and the front post (10) of the collection vehicle. A transversal collection mouthpiece (7) at ground level sucks leaves and twigs through a suction hose (8), through the fan wheel (11) and a duct (35) into the collection vehicle (1). When cleaning smaller surfaces and those difficult to access, the suction hose is freed from the collection mouthpiece and the coupling part (9) functions then as a manually controlled mouthpiece.
