According to the invention, the platform is made up of 3 main modular elements, which are the base-plate (1), an underwater storage reservoir (2), and a floating deck (3). The deck has a lobed structure, and is formed by truncated cones and truncated cylinders (19 and 20) which are sepd. by vertical radial inner walls (29), and horizontal reinforcing inner walls (18), surrounding a central support column (24). The deck is also furnished with a central support column (25), along the whole of which it is possible to alter the height of the deck and the three main modular elements are rigidly held together by means of structural cables (16), which permit the rapid disassembly and re-erection of the platform.
