A computer aided working station is described for the design and/or processing of sketches for articles of clothing or the like, comprising an electronic pro­cessor associated to image files, means for optical storage of the images, image pick-up means, graphic composition means and other parts enabling new image configurations to be combined using file elements and combining them fully or in part.
