Combinations useful for the treatment of malignant diseases, non-malignant diseases, rheumatic diseases and allergies. More particularly, this invention relates to combinations of gamma interferons and anti-inflammatory or anti-pyretic agents for treating rheumatic diseases, such as rheumatoid arthritis, malignant diseases, such as melanoma, non-malignant diseases, such as common or anogenital warts, and allergic diseases, such as asthma. According to this invention, natural or recombinant gamma interferons are used in combination with anti-inflammatory agents or anti-pyretic agents in order to enhance the efficacy of gamma interferon in the treatment of these diseases.
