The proposed facility for gender planning according to the time selection method has, in relation to a display starting position (2), differently marked display sections (3, 4 and 5) for identifying the fertile and sterile days of a cycle and a limited cycle fluctuation range. Within the display section for fertile days (4) clearly marked day position fields (M and J) are provided, which, for cycle lengths of 27 to 30 days, serve to indicate the probability days for the generation of a boy or a girl. The cycle pointer (1) counts and displays the probability days after the first day of a new menstruation. The display element (1, 11) can accordingly be set to the starting position (2).
