PROCESS PROMOTIONING ICE NUCLEATION OF ICE NUCLEATION PROTEIN

摘要

Liposome having ice necleation activity is mixed with ice nucleating protein seperated and purifyed from Pseudomonas syringae and the mixture phosphatidy inositiol (I) and phosphatidyl coline (II). [mixing ratio (I):(II) is 3:7 . Ice nucleation activity is found to increase with increasing concentration of phosphatidyl inositol. The liposome is obtained by reconstructing of ice nucleation protein.
