Multi-part casting core for producing a tubular casting has a central two part core (6,7) which butts together at the central part of the whole core. USE/ADVANTAGE - Esp. for producing cylinders or cylinder bushes for combustion engines. The amount of additional machining work required after removing the core is halved by having the two part central core.
