The invention relates to an electronic card and an electronic card rack with cooling by thermal conduction which are compatible with the Double European format and enable a standard VME bus to be connected. It consists in fitting the electronic cards 10 with a heat sink 40 of the Double European format. These cards are slid in card guides 20 adapted from standard card guides, of the type having a cam trapped between a heel 11 and a spring leaf 22, by an extension of the heel 21. A metal front plate 34 is placed in front of each card 20 at the front face.
