P This implant comprises a body (1) consisting of a smooth head (2) and a cylindrical rod (3) threaded over its entire length and the end (13) of which is curved, longitudinal grooves straight being further formed from the curved end (13) over part of the length of the threaded rod (3), and one or more transverse diametrical holes (15) being formed at mid-length or lower of the body (1) the implant; these features allow a more intimate immobilization of the implant with the bone elements in the bone well (alveolus), and help to limit the compression of the bone and therefore oppose its embrittlement by demineralization; the non-destroyed bone debris is collected in the grooves (14) and in the hole (15), which thus allow ossification and transvascularization in the implant, the hole (15) further limiting the dehiscence of the bone from of its smooth head (2). /P
