PURPOSE:To obtain the title device capable of simply and surely feeding air by directly coupling an operating carriage supported with a guide member provided in rows along spinning units of plural rows, and having a yarn ending device to a pressure-increasing and decreasing device using a hose protected with a bendable protecting tool. CONSTITUTION:In an air feeding device capable of carrying out air suction and supply of compressed air necessary to a yarn-ending device and a doffing device, plural spinning units 1 are provided in rows between gear end box 2 and out end box 3 on both ends thereof. An operating carriage 5 supported by a guide member 4 such as guide rail along the rows of spinning units 1 and having a yarn ending device put thereon is provided so as to reciprocate to constitute a spinning device 6, and the operating carriage 5 is directly coupled to a pressure-increasing and decreasing devices 7 and 8 arranged at the ends of spinning unit rows by using hoses 11 and 12 protected with a bendable protecting tool 13. Thereby, air supply to the spinning machine 6 is smoothly carried out.
