UNBIASED ACCESSS OF PLURALITY OF PRIORITY TRAFFICS TO VARIANCE WATING MATRIX DOUBLE BUS-BARS

PURPOSE: To enable a distributed queue duplex bus network which handles the most preferential traffic to execute band width balancing by narrowing each node to its own transmission rate in accordance with the priority of the data transmitted from the nodes. CONSTITUTION: A segment counter 25 counts data segments whenever a data inserting device 22 fetches the segments from an FIFO 21. When the data segments are counted, the counter 25 sets itself to zero and generates a signal to an OR gate 24. The data inserting device 22 receives the signal through the OR gate 24 as if the signal is a request from an upstream node to a bus 20. When the artificial local request is made, the device 22 keeps a slot in an undistributed state and the slot executes a band width balancing function.
