PURPOSE:To carry out efficient acid-treatment of a laver net after harvesting laver by hauling up a laver net with a front guide member on a boat, treating the net with an acid in the course of being guided with an upper guide member, passing through a rear guide member and spreading on the surface of the sea. CONSTITUTION:A boat 4 is moved with a propelling mechanism such as screw to the surface of the sea on which a laver net 1 is spread. The laver net is hauled up on the boat with a front guide member 7. In the course of guiding the laver net backward along an upper guide member 8, the net is treated with an acid by an acid-treatment mechanism 25. The treated net is suspended in air for a necessary period with a rear guide member 9 and again spread on the surface of the sea.
