PURPOSE:To solve such problems that artificial pollination operation requires much labor and time and the pollination ratio is lowered when the wind blows or it rains or temperature is low. CONSTITUTION:Static electricity is charged to pollens on stamen of fruit flower 2 kept in flowering state by high voltage electric field generated from a static electricity generator 3 and an electric potential difference is produced between the charged stamen and normal pistil and the pistil is pollinated by the stamen charged with the potential difference.
