PURPOSE:To remarkably reduce the exposure quantity at the time of group medical examination by constituting the device of a fluoroscopic X-ray filter part consisting of a filter part or a non-filter part, a viewing X-ray filter part consisting of a filter part in which a decreasing/weakening factor of X-ray energy is high, and an X-ray filter part driving device. CONSTITUTION:At the time of fluoroscopy, instance, an aluminum plate of 3mm thick is used as a fluoroscopic X-ray filter part 10b, and when it is placed in a position for covering an X-ray radition port 1a, a soft radiation of low energy can be eliminated, comparing with the time when it is not place, and the surface exposure of a body 2 to be examined can be reduced. On the other hand, at the time of photographing, photographing is executed by moving the fluoroscopic X-ray filter part 10b. In such a way, the soft radiation of low energy is not eliminated, and an image having contrast can be obtained. The exposure quantity in this case becomes more than the case when there is the aluminum plate, but its quantity is the same as the time of photographing by a conventional device.
