METHOD FOR CHARGING COKE INTO CENTER PART OF FURNACE TOP IN BLAST FURNACE

PURPOSE:To easily and accurately execute charge of coke into center of furnace top in a blast furnace. CONSTITUTION:Plural charging chute 4 for charging coke 5 into the center part of furnace top, penetrating the furnace wall 3 at the furnace top part in the blast furnace, are set as symmetrical to the furnace center in circular direction and the charging coke from each charging chute 4 is charged with the equal quantity and at the same time. Dropping locus of the charged coke is not needed to grasp and the coke can be charged at the optional level without being restricted to the level of already charged coke.
